Company Formation Documents List:-
- Mandatory Pan card scan copy of the Promoters
- Any of the following documents scan copy of promoters for Identity proof:-
- Voter I card.
- Passport
- Driving License
- Any of the following documents scan copy of promoters for address proof:-
- Electricity bill (not older than two months)
- Telephone Bill
- Bank statement
- For company register office address following documents are required
- NOC (NO objection Certificate) from the landlord.
- Recent any of the below mentioned Utility bill not older than two months:-
- Electricity bill
- Property tax bill (Compulsory for kolkota and Kerala state)
- Telephone bill (BSNL & MTNL only)
- Water tax bill
- Rental agreement if the Register office property owner is other than Director.
- Sale Deed if the Register office property owner is the Director.
